Wait approximately 2 minutes for control to reset. In some circumstances your new washer may arrive with the door locked. Front loaders have a locking mechanism to avoid opening the door during a washing cycle but occasionally this lock will be activated accidentally. Swipe up to unlock.

If the washer will not unlock at the end of a wash cycle unplug the washer or disconnect power. This can occur from the normal shipping movement.
